1. what is your MOQ?
MOQ is negotiable, but we strongly suggest that the value of an order should be over 300 usd. However,we accept low quantity for your trial order, please feel free to tell us how many pieces you want, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place big order after checking the quality of our products and know our services.
2. how long is the lead time for the sample?
For ready goods, lead time is usually 4-7 days, some of them are free of charge. If you have your own design, for crystal products, the sample time is usually in a week, and for metal products, sample time is usually in 15 days. Anyway we will do it as early as possible.
3. how long is the lead time for bulk production?
For crystal products, usually 7-10 days. For metal products, usally 10-20 days.
4. what format of file do you need if we provide our own design?
The format of file can be JPG,PNG,AI,PDF,CDR for 2d design and obj,stl,3dmax for 3D design.
5. what's your payment term?
Our normal payment way is T/T, other ways of payments are negotiable.
6. how to make the quality control?
We have our own QC department,and we can aslo show photos and videos to our customers before shipment.
7. Can we get compensation if the products don't meet our demands?
We can compensate customer's loss for the fault on our side.
